Need a trained external investigator for reported harassment and toxic conduct within your organization?

Even if you don’t have policies and a reporting system set up already, you can have a misconduct report that needs investigation pronto, and you need someone from outside your organization to handle the matter fairly. I work with organizations to develop an investigation plan to address
the situation promptly and without disruption to the rest of your
organizational activities.

I’m a certificate holder from the Association of Workplace Investigator’s AWI Training Institute, which means I’ve received comprehensive training from the leading professional association for those who investigate harassment, bullying, and other workplace misconduct. I’m also active in the Local Circle of AWI members in the Washington, DC metro area, where investigators share expertise and partner on investigations.
